We are now running on Service Pack 9 of the webviewer software.
The system will update the webviewer automatically.

If you have any problems, you may download the latest version here and install it directly.
It is a silent install, so there will be no prompts to alert you that it has installed.

If your site is administered by an Information Systems department, they will need to log in as an 'Administrator' and install the software for you.
